The Novonesis acquisition of dsm-f's part of feed enzymes alliance now brings the innovation, production, sales and distribution of animal feed enzymes and microbes under one roof.
As a Feed Enzyme customer or partner, the acquisition will have little to no effect on your day-to-day operations. Customer centricity is at the heart of Novonesis, and we will continue to serve our customers to the fullest.

*With exception to Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Uruguay, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Ecuador, Venezuela and Indonesia which continues to be served by dsm-firmenich until regulatory transition is fully completed.

At Novonesis, we have acquired dsm-firmenich’s sales and distribution activities in the feed enzyme space. We have partnered with dsm-firmenich for more than 25 years, during which we developed and produced the products while dsm-firmenich handled sales, support, and distribution. With this acquisition, Novonesis assumes responsibility for providing you with the existing world-class feed enzymes and will invest in developing and distributing new products to unlock the potential for the industry.
No. All products will still be available for you to purchase.
Yes, we will honor existing contracts.
Current pricing agreements and terms will remain in effect until new agreements are established in collaboration with our customers as needed (for example when existing contracts expire).
Customer centricity is at the heart of Novonesis, and we will continue to serve our customers to the fullest. From March 1, all customer relationships and contact persons move to Novonesis. Your new account manager will be in contact to provide all information you need for a smooth transition to Novonesis supply. In a few countries listed as above* where regulatory processes are still ongoing, dsm‑firmenich customer service may continue to assist with order‑related queries for a limited period to ensure uninterrupted supply.
From March 1st, all sales and technical support is provided directly by Novonesis for all of your Feed Enzyme products. Customers are supported through Novonesis Account Managers, Technical Service teams, and Customer Service organizations using established Novonesis processes. Support continues as normal, with clear ownership and a fully integrated setup under Novonesis. We look forward to discussing all of your technical needs and questions in Novonesis.
Yes, please continue to provide feedback through your current account manager. We will continue to service our customers with top tier customer support.
There are no changes to the product specifications or functional packaging of Feed Enzymes. The products remain exactly the same. Over time, you may see an update to the visual branding on labels and bags as we transition to the Novonesis layout, but the label content and regulatory information remain unchanged
All agreed terms and conditions will remain in effect. Should there be any changes, you will be directly contacted by your account manager.
As of March 1st, Novonesis has taken over full responsibility for processing and delivering customer orders. In order to place a new order, reach out to your Account Manager or Customer Service Representative with Novonesis. They can also provide information about Novonesis’ digital order platforms, which offer 24/7 ordering services. New customers, contact us here if you are interested in placing an order with Novonesis.In a few countries where regulatory processes are still ongoing, dsm‑firmenich customer service may continue to assist with order‑related queries for a limited period.
From March 1, all delivery and logistics coordination is handled by Novonesis.Order confirmations with delivery schedules and logistics information are provided by Novonesis Customer Service. For questions regarding deliveries, lead times, or existing orders, your Novonesis Customer Service Representative is your primary point of contact
