  • Feedstock flexibilityThis product converts both glycerides and free fatty acids (FFA) into biodiesel. This frees you from the limitations imposed by FFA content, so you can use a wide range of feedstocks, including high-FFA ones.

  • Lower energy costsThis product works at low temperatures and may allow you to use less methanol. That means your plant saves energy on heating and cooling costs and uses less energy for methanol rectification.

  • A safer processThis product is a safe, green biocatalyst that eliminates the need for hazardous sodium methoxide. It also eliminates the need for sulfuric acid to convert FFAs. Its catalysis process doesn't need high temperature or pressure. The result is a safer working environment in your plant.

This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.

Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
