Novonesis' DVS® Soft Mild is a thermophilic starter culture which offers you new opportunities to craft soft cheese with a mild flavor and a creamy mouthfeel.

- Mild and creamy flavor
Craft soft cheeses with flavors that stay constant throughout shelf life. This is made possible by the careful selection of Streptococcus thermophilus strains that support the low degradation of milk proteins and milk fat.
- Smooth and creamy texture
Create delicious creamy soft cheeses by unique acidification techniques and the slight formation of exopolysaccharides. This also results in improved moisture retention and higher yield while maintaining good whey quality.
- Consistent quality and performance
Get the right level of dry matter, stable end-pH with strong phage robustness. This is secured by a system comprising multiple strains in each culture and four cultures rotation.

This product contains microbials. While microbial products are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production environments to ensure that workers do not inhale organic dust and bioaerosols.

- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
