    The Easy-Set® Flora™ range has three distinct series, each crafted to easily meet specific flavor and eye formation needs.

    All three series consist of five phage rotations for simple, steady production each week.

    We produce this culture with the newest technology, ensuring balanced flavor and enhanced phage robustness. 


The range comprises three series, each with a unique sensory profile and level of eye formation:

  • Easy-Set® Flora™ C1000-series – with buttery (diacetyl) flavor notes with a higher plurality of eyes.
  • Easy-Set® Flora™ C900-series – creamy flavor notes with a few eyes.
  • Easy-Set® Flora™ C100-series – clean and mild flavor with no eyes.

This product contains microbials. While microbial products are safe to use in consumer applications, they must be handled correctly in production environments to ensure that workers do not inhale organic dust and bioaerosols.

Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:

  • Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
  • In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
  • IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
  • Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
  • Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
