Innova® yeasts express enzymes that have greater debranching and starch degrading activities. The result is a greater conversion for your plant.
- Ferments at high dry solids
Innova® Apex ADY is capable of fermenting up to 38% solids. That allows you to significantly increase the efficiency and expansion of your production.
- High organic acid tolerance
Innova® Apex ADY is tolerant to 0.6% lactic acid and 0.4% acetic acid, which means you can finish fermentations as bacterial infections occur.
- High-temperature tolerance
We specifically developed Innova® Apex ADY to thrive at temperature excursions up to 36°C/97°F. By using Innova® Apex ADY, you'll diminish downtime, and cut cooling costs. Innova® Apex ADY will increase your plant's efficiency and output in any season.

Innova® Apex ADY is a genetically modified yeast designed with flexibility to withstand fermentation stress with ethanol high yields . Innova® Apex ADY powers through organic acid and temperature stress while reducing glycerol, taking production and consistency to new levels.
This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.
Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:
- Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
- If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a POISON CENTER or a doctor
- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
