- Ferments at high dry solids
Innova® Delta is capable of fermenting up to 36% solids. That allows you to significantly increase the efficiency and expansion of your production.
- High organic acid tolerance
Innova® Delta is tolerant to acid levels up to 0.6% lactic acid and 0.2% acetic acid, which means you can finish fermentations as bacterial infections occur.
- High-temperature tolerance
We specifically developed Innova® Delta to thrive at temperature excursions above 98°F/36°C. This diminishes downtime, and cuts cooling costs. Innova® Delta increases your plant's efficiency and output in any season.
- Maximizes starch conversion to improve ethanol yieldInnova® yeasts deliver consistent performance during challenging process conditions. They also express advanced enzymes for greatest starch conversion and improved ethanol yields.
- Reduces need for additional yeast nutrientsInnova® yeasts are bred to be robust and have high performance without the need for additional yeast nutrients.
- Food Grade AvailabilityYou may need or prefer Food Grade Certification of fermentation yeasts for your ethanol production. If so, it's available for this product.

Whether for regulatory or labelling purposes, you may need or prefer a non-genetically modified yeast. This product is suited to those situations.
Innova® Delta ADY is the most advanced non-GM yeast in the ethanol industry. It can increase ethanol yields by up to 3% compared to other non-GM yeasts. Innova® Delta ADY can ferment up to 36% dry solids and is extremely temperature tolerant.
This product contains enzymes. While enzymes are safe to use in consumer applications, they need correct handling in working environments to ensure workers’ safety.
Indeed, repeated inhalation of enzyme dust or aerosols resulting from improper handling may induce sensitization and may cause allergic type 1 reactions in sensitized individuals.
Please follow the precautionary handling recommendations below:
- Avoid breathing dust/fume/gas/mist/vapors/spray
- Avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing
- In case of inadequate ventilation wear respiratory protection
- IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing
- If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a POISON CENTER or a doctor
- Store in a dry place. Store in a closed container
- Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations
